Jeanne Besselman was so courteous, professional and timely with the entire process. The level of communication was excellent and I knew I was making the right choice coming to this company. After I was offered the position, I received very detailed emails about next steps, and felt very confident about getting all the pre-hire tasks completed. I interviewed with the VP of Nursing, Neva Brooks who was so down to Earth and personable. She made me feel that this job would be meaningful and rewarding.

Entretien
It was very laid back, but very informative. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when the two supervisors asked questions. They made it very easy to speak to and helped ease my nervousness.

I sat in a conference room and had 3 interview groups interview me for the position. First was hospital admin, second was peers, and lastly was staff members they filtered out form talking to me. each session lasted 40min to an hour.

Entretien
Had a one on one interview with Director and a panel interview with other leaders. The recruiter set it up and communicated with me. She was enjoyable to work with. The panel made me feel welcome.
