Applied for position through online career portal. Received notification from recruiter to schedule phone interview. Interview inquired about prior work history, reason on wanting to work for SSM Health, and "Tell me about a time" type of inquiries. After conversation with recruiter, received notification of interview with hiring manager. This took place several days later. Hiring manager was great. Interview went well and then was required to job shadow and meet with the nursing staff. Was provided a job offer several days after that. Overall, positive experience.

Asked about me, asked if I was able to work the required shifts for PRN scheduling, asked about my clinical experience, and explained the benefits of the job as well as the requirements for the job

It went very well I was very confident with my interview process and my interview she was so awesome all the questions I asked she had answers for them and she was very welcoming!!!
