My phone screening interview and other subsequent interviews were arranged by the same person from the Recruitment Team. She was very accessible and helpful throughout the process, which was a pleasant change from other companies being available only at their pleasure. The first face to face interview was with the supervisor and the department manager, conducted informally and lasted longer than planned as the conversations went so well. I was also shown the department and met future coworkers. Peer interviews were set by the same Recruitment Team person. Both interviews used STAR type questions. Feedback on the interviews was provided pretty quickly and my future supervisor actually called on Friday to let me know an offer would be coming the following Monday so I did not have to wonder all weekend.
