The interview process was very straight forward and transparent starting with a phone screening and then onsite interview. The total process for me took 2 weeks. I was asked pretty standard behavioral based questions and I also brought examples of work to aid in the discussion. I was given the opportunity to speak with the directors, but I was already impressed and sold on SSM so I didn't feel this was a needed step.
