They accepted applications for only 3 days. Applied online with an employee referral and relevant experience. Their published hiring process promised they will review within 24hrs, but I received zero communication until an automated email over a month later. Rejection is fine, but it was unacceptable to set and then fail to meet an expectation of prompt communication. I will rethink future applications if they don't respect applicant's time.
