Entretien
1. HR screening. A very pleasant stress free interview. Basic job/salary requirements .
2. Hiring manager interview. Basic interview and job expectations.
3. Project management assignment. A detailed customer project scenario requiring a MS project plan with multiple plan adjustments based on assignment details, including status reports and risk/issues.
4. “Technical” interview with panel of PMs drilling into your PM project management assignment.
5. Another panel interview with multiple other employees
6. “Final” interview with hiring manager and Senior management
