There are 3 parts of the interview: * Talk with Adam * Making a document as part of a client mock-up call * Code challenge The point of the interviews is for the CEO to see how well you'll be with the clients and if you're a good communicator. The code is often reviewed by current employees.

Firstly after they've received your CV a staff member will call to have a quick chat. They want to make sure you are familiar with the tech stack they use. 2. Then you'll have a phone convo w/ the Owner/Chief Architect Adam Cogan. 3. Then you start a 1 hour communication challenge. 4. Meet Face to face 5. Coding test
