They emailed me to set for a phone interview. The HR was good, she discussed first about the salary then asked about my technical experience. She told me there will be a hands on test and a one on one interview the next week. It's been 2 days and still no response from them.

Very nice experience. Information was clear and concise. Asked questions that was related to the job. Benefits explained along with company car usage. No personal information was asked. Territory was explained in detail and expectations of what is required. Company matching 401K plan. Waiting for next steps to proceed with employment.
