Had a phone screen with the recruiter followed by a Teams Interview with the HR Director. The interview with the HR Director was terrible. She was not prepared, had her blinds open so that the sun shined directly into the camera and her dogs were barking. Also asked me 1 questions - Seemed like she was just checking off a box that she did an interview.

Tell me about your experience - Literally just wanted me to read my resume to her.
Tell me about a time when you had to handle a tough situation. Before asking this question I told her I wasn't open to travel, which was actually going to be a part of this position that I was not aware of. She was completely disinterested on my answer to her original question because I had told her I was not open to travel. Terrible Experience
