The interview is conducted by 3 of the key personnel including the Principal. It lasted for about 15 mins with a short review of my skills and experience, and a demonstration presentation to display my skills and experience. The hiring process is very stringent as all credentials are verified. When the management team have decided, there are a number of declaration forms to sign including privacy clauses.
