3 stage interview: first with HR and then with potential team members and finally hiring manager and his/her manager.
Initial interview with HR to discuss the company, benefits and overview of the process.
Second interview with team members, a few competency based questions and also technical questions.
Final interview, more on the technical questions and questions around way you work and how you would fit into the team.
