It's simple and straightforward. 30 min HR session followed by a technical interview with founders. Technical interviews are pretty good. There are few areas of threat research I lack experience, may be in defensive security side, MITRE attacks, etc Overall, the interview experience is great, as a remote worker, remote based roles are my first priority. The co-founder informed that they need employees to be at office at Bangalore or Delhi, which I don't prefer at the moment as I have been living with family at my hometown, living and working peacefully in a remote job. Since the cities like Bangalore are already densely populated, with high cost of living, lot of hassle in finding apartments, traffic and travelling to-and-from, so on-site job will always be my last choice unless the location is peaceful and pay is great
