The process started with an initial screening with HR, followed by a structured interview with the Sales manager and a practical assignment where I had to design a prospecting cadence and a GTM approach. Everything felt clear, relevant to the role, and genuinely focused on understanding how I think and work.

Fair interview process. Quick. Interview process took a week. Checks and offer took about 2 weeks. Offer and contract came before checks were concluded which I find a bit unorthodox.
