The interview was held by the Store Director and the District Assistant, they took turns asking questions and where busily writing everything down they felt was pertinent. At the end of the interview I offered that I would also be willing to show my value by accepting job lower than ASD and work into the role. They replied within a few days with a tentative offer. I accepted

Very simple interview questions. They really want to see the type of worker you are and want to see your responses to their questions. Two rounds of interviews, made it very simple and not complicated.

Very little thought or consideration of my growth with the company. My interview was about 20 minutes and was never given an answer until I saw a new asd a month later.
