Sit down and talk with the hiring manager, they give you the drug test which is a sponge on a stick you put under your tongue for a while and then they ask you a bunch of questions. They ask you why you want to work for them, ask you your past experiences and your skills and what not. I got hired right on the spot.
I submitted an application in store and got called in to do an in person interview. The manager was super easy to talk to and had been with the store a long time.

It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable

pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
