Entretien
The interview process consisted of a phone interview, a typing test, a customer service letter, and a panel interview. The phone interview consisted of mostly information exchange and was used to determine if the voice and personality were a good fit. The typing test was standard. The customer service letter consisted of listening to an actual phone call and then responding to the customer in letter form. The panel interview was a back and forth of standardized questions.

Boring same non descript questions. No real engagement with interviewe. Needs to be sharpened up to get the best from the interview. They looked bored and uninterested in what they do
easy and very nice going didn't feel nervous at all, unfortunately I didn't get the position but I was happy overall. would highly recommend talking to Kate if you go through with the interview process. good luck everyone
