Applied for the position, and received a phone call promptly the day after. Had an interview with upper management at the store location, where they told me about the core values of the company, as well as the expectations of the job role applied for.
In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
