I had interviewed online and received a phone call about 10 days later. They asked if I was still interested and when I replied yes, I was told about the hours. They seemed fairly desperate, which was rather off-putting. They were speaking as though I absolutely had the job. When they began talking about when I can start, I asked if we would be able to sit down to an interview to discuss and was told that it had to be right away if I wanted to do that as they were only working for another two hours that day and were off the next day. As I didn't have access to my vehicle until later in the day and I had felt quite awkward at the persistence, I chose to let them know that I didn't think it would work out. I thanked them for the call and wished them luck in finding a great employee. They were very nice, but I couldn't help but wonder why they may have so much trouble finding staff in this economy...

Basic Interview Questions for entry level position. They asked me availability and what my schedule would be like during school. I had no experience prior to this. I was able to learn all the skills necessary for the job.
