Initial Communications (Campus recruitment) - I met a Supply Chain manager at a Career Fair held at my university and it was through staying in contact with this person that I was invited to visit Safeway headquarters. He replies quickly to my emails and is always straight to the point. He always updates me, and responds to my questions as best as he cans. For example, he updated me on the status progress of gathering executives to speak to me and how the outline of the visit. Number of interviews - It was a quick round robin interview. I spoke to four different people with different personalities and different questions, some out of the ordinary. People - The people I met and the people that interviewed me all gave me very good advice and were open to listening to me as well as getting to know me. I learned a lot of them and because of this, I really wanted to intern for the company during the summer.
