I applied online and was interviewed and hired two days later. Questions were minimal because I knew some people who already worked at the company. They just want to be sure that you know basic customer service and that you are trainable and have a positive attitude.

What would you say to a customer who came in with a bad product and wanted something new?
It was straightforward; I suggest taking some time to refine your experience and expand your vocabulary, so you can respond quickly and with professionalism. They seemed to be a little picky but you should be fine.
asked basic questions and was a very fast interviewing process. I was able to find out within the same day that I got the job, very nice. staff and everyone is friendly.
