Very informal but comfortable. Pretty basic questions. Was informed there is no way to get hired as anything higher than courtesy, which was unfortunate because I was a store manager at my previous job.

In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
