The interview process is pretty easy. The pay is horrible, hence they will hire anyone (as long as you can breathe, have 2 arms and 2 legs). They ask you simple personality questions. They don't expect you to have any prior experience.

My interview experience was pleasant and straightforward. I was asked a few questions relating to my background in customer service. One day of paid training followed the interview and I was able to quickly begin work.

Very Short and simple, was during covid so I think they were desperate for hires. I was hired on the spot. Was very casual asked like two questions for formality sake.

Very Easy, Just asked standard questions. Seemed like just a formality because they were just looking for more workers. I have to reach the word count so I need to write more words.
