I first went through a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at their office in Newcastle. From the outside, it felt like Sage could be a really nice company to work for and their head office looked really neat as well. Throughout my communications with them, during and after the interview there was something about the company that simply felt off, in matters of how management is treating people and the daily life at Sage, so I had to decline. I know this might seem pretentious of me but I'd rather follow my gut than end up in a place of work that I don't quite like.
