Interview was done over Teams, and occurred over a few days. It was the second position I interviewed with them. The first round of interviwes were with the department heads, and those went well, and I found the department headds to be knowledgeble and professional. The second round of interviews were with the COO and the CEO. It seemed to me they had been removed from daily operations for a while and had antiquated views of how Amazon worked.
