I was referred for interview and was asked how desperate i am to get this and if i have some other offer(which i did not have) by that time. By the time i was interviewed, i received another offer. During interview they asked again if i am holding any offer and i said yes. Interview- There were two interviewers and both of them were quiet young. Due to lesser experience they had their static mindset and wanted all answers as they know else i am wrong. We were not able to cope with each other. Had it been some experienced interviewer the process would have been genuine. Else company is too good and technologies they work upon. Would try again sometime. A suggestion towards company management - Only allow experienced interviewers who can help interviewee to get best out of him/her.
