5-6 total rounds. I was ghosted after the presentation round, which was frustrating because I spent hours preparing a PPT and doing the excel exam. The least they could possibly do is say I was rejected, but instead radio silence. Definitely says a lot about the company if they make you spend hours preparing and don’t bother taking 1 minute to send a rejection email.

Had a great interview process. It had 4 rounds of interview, with the final round being with the Chief People Officer - Chad. I got to learn about the role , culture and the team.

I applied via LinkedIn and the recruiter contacted me right away to schedule an interview.
After that, the process went awry. It seemed that the recruiter and the hiring manager were either very busy or just very forgetful. I had the first interviewer cancel minutes before our meeting, so I gave my updated availability but never received any response. Each time I had an interview I had to reach out at least twice for confirmation.
Communication overall was not very good. I felt they were "pulling my leg" the whole time. I completed two interviews and both went really well. During communication, both interviewers made it seem like the company would be a good fit for me and I felt I would be a good fit for them as well. I was also informed that I needed to complete a long, two-part assessment - of which I completed. I then reached out again after two weeks to schedule the presentation for my assessment and was told they had chosen other candidates for the position.
I wish they were more communicative and clear throughout the whole process, especially so as not to lead on prospects. It also would've been more respectful if they had told me right away once they made the decision to move forward with other candidates, rather than having me finish an assessment and wait two weeks for me to reach out to them and get a dissenting response.
