Standard, phone screen then met with the hiring manager. From phone screen to interview moved pretty fast. I was asked for a second interview but accepted another position with a different pharma company.

In person interview, very rushed felt like the interviewers did not "sell the job to me". Left interview with many questions which were not answered in followup email. Felt like 3 people vs 1 interview was unnecessary and more confusing for interviewers.
