I've never been interviewed by a more confused management. I applied for the position in July. One month later, they got back to me, asked me about my salary expectations. I told them. The next day, they reached out and said your budget is kind of high, so we apologize. I said okay, We ended on good terms. A few days later, they said we've had a chance to review your profile, and since it was so good, we're willing to be flexible with our budget. They called me for an interview. We had mutually decided on a time. After reaching there on time, I had to wait 45 minutes before two people came and interviewed me. I also attempted a test. The next day, I was told that they weren't moving forward because of 'the specific requirements of the role.' If you're not getting a call from this company, consider yourself lucky.
