Applied online, after a few weeks they called me in for an interview immediately, very short notice. Then got called in for a second interview which was simply coming in for a drug test instructions and signing paperwork.
Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in

Interview process was simple. It's a low skilled job with average pay. I was hired the same day. They asked questions about past work experience and asked you to answer scenario questions
