Basic questions, drug testing, you meet with the department manager and receive final approval through store management - you will be asked questions about your experience and education, and what you can provide as an employee to benefit sams club and sams club member services.

What qualities do you have that would reflect 5 star member services ?
The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

Asked if I can do balloons, writing, roses, border.
The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
