Got a phone call to set 1 on 1 interview. After an interview with a supervisor, management interviews you. HR. associate calls you to set up drug screening and background checks. Fast process. After passing screening and check, HR notifies you of Orientation

Average questions like do you recall when you helped someone out that didn't require you to do so. Questions are customer service oriented. Most time consuming for me to answer was if I would have done something differently, ie on a project or when I assisted someone.
Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in

Interview process was simple. It's a low skilled job with average pay. I was hired the same day. They asked questions about past work experience and asked you to answer scenario questions
