Application was online, then in person questions. Showed me the building and where i would spend most of my time. Also explained safety rules. I then took a questionnaire. I was introduced to many people.

Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
