Found the ad on Craigslist, took an online aptitude test and got a phone call inviting me to come in for an interview. Arrived and the door wasn't well marked, but once inside was greeted immediately and brought into an office. Interviewed with Joe and Brad. Discussed my background and job history, talked about the duties and logistics of the position. The interview was relaxed but professional.
