Tell us about yourself. Tell us about your job background to date. Give us an example of when you've worked with someone with a different background. Give us an example of when you've not been able to keep a promise in your job. Give us an example of when you have put an idea forward at work and it's been used. What measures do you think we put in place to keep residents safe? How can you make sure residents are safe? How would you know if you are doing a good job or your manager thought you were doing a good job?
