Very dry and uninteresting. The interviewer didn't seem interested in the interview. No expression in their voice and knew from the start I was not going to get hired. They asked questions that didn't seem to relate to the job description.
The interview was done by a 3rd party operator. The questions were basic computer troubleshooting and processes. The operator was not allowed to clarify any questions. There were 5-6 questions. After the questions, she told me that she will pass along the information and if selected I will be hearing from Sandhills directly.

Entretien
I was contacted promptly for a phone interview, and they were flexible with regards to scheduling. The interview involved confirming things I had already submitted online in my application. They took much longer to get back to me that I wasn't moving on to an in-person one.
