First Interview was done with the HR and took aroundd 1 hour, seconde interview was done my the manager and took around 25 minutes ( more technical and in depth )

one telephonic interview during the pandemic. role and responsibilities were explained. encouraged questions. german language skills were asked but wasn't tested. the whole interview was in english. technical questions were asked. it was a casual and professional conversation. Initially second round was informed but eventually didn't have one.
