Three stages to the interview process, stage one is an online form filling with a question and answers section, there are some numerical questions so best to have a calculator handy the numerical questions mainly relate to percentages, if you are not sure on how to do these then look online and learn.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
