Three interviews, one with senior auditor (one hour), then with head of audit (nearly two hours) and then final short interview with chief internal auditor. Very focused on CV and past experience plus a few technical questions. All interviewing staff very professional but pleasant. Process has changed since I joined and the head of audit does not get as involved in the process. Not sure if this is a good thing or not.

Human Resources first interview where they get to know you a little bit, your orientation, background, personal questions and some technicals.
HR second call where they tell you your possibilities and next steps.
Manager Last round more technical.

An interview with HR which lasted an hour more or less. The interviewer showed interest in my academic and professional path, so the questions went around what I have done these last year, what are my motivation for applying to this position, etc.

Fue una entrevista cuyas preguntas se focalizaban en las respuestas que yo realizaba. La entrevistadora quería hacer hincapié en mis posibles aportaciones a la empresa, y por ello se centraba en todo lo que había hecho recientemente y podía contribuir al departamento.
