Applied Online (Application with standard questions- motivational and competency based), phone interview a few days later and then was invited to an Assessment Centre.
The Assessment centre was half a day long and involved: a group exercise, numerical test, presentation and interview to a panel.
The group exercise involved placing emails in order of importance and how to act on them, we had to discuss as a group come up with a decision and then present to all the assesors in the room with a q&a session after.
For the presentation, we were given a topic a week or so before the assessment centre which we would research- we could take all this information in with us when preparing for the specific interview question which was given on the day, this was presented to 2 people with a short q&a after.
