Having completed online tests, was invited to a competency based phone interview. Qns were very similar to those posted online and a lot of guidance was given by the recruiters prior to the interview. Having passed the phone interview, was invited to their standard 5 stage assessment centre.

Through a website on the Santander website. There were various questions that were required to be answered and these were required to be answered over a video portal. The website was okay but was slow and the video response did not give you enough time to answer

3. Dinámica Grupal con 6 otros aplicables donde resuelves un caso con ejercicios cognitivos y presentan la decisión que van a tomar como grupo.
4. Entrevista manager de área en donde vas a trabajar.
