The interview process consists of four stages:
+/ they will present them self and the company and then they will ask you when you are available to start the interviewing process.
1/The initial interview with an HR , which typically involves general questions to understand your background and skill set. ( he was very patient and respectful , and he didn't seem to be concerned about the time he even repeated the same question multiple times when he felt that I didn't give him the right answer)
2/A technical online assessment, which tests your knowledge of Java core +advanced concepts, SQL, and Stream API.
3/A technical interview with the product manager to assess your proficiency in the relevant technology and your skills with few qsts about kafka and java .(he was really funny and he had a great sense of humor he also pushed me in the right direction when I needed guidance)
4/A behavioral interview with a senior HR representative to evaluate how well you fit with the company culture.
==> all the recruiting team were very nice and friendly and extremely helpful ,I appreciate the human touch they brought to the process. They did an excellent job of presenting the company's values and culture you will laugh during the interview
==>one of the few company that will give non-european junior developer a fair chance
==>they don't expect you to know all the answer I had performed significantly better in other technical interviews ( i scored betwen 70 % and 80% with other company and i got rejected ) yet with santander ( 50% to 60%)i was able to move with them to next stage
==> all the qsts are job related and well selected Even the problem-solving questions were presented as real-life scenarios that I could encounter in my role
