2 Rounds of Interview. First was the initial call with the recruiter, then first interview was with the Head Digital Products Manager Jason Ladd. Then with his partner Carlos Sanchez who will supervise the intern.

Question 1
Jason asked simple question regarding candidate's background and personal life. Carlos, asked a mix of questions regarding candidates background, thoughts on the AI landscape, how AI can be implemented in the company, why the candidate is pursuing their degree, and asked candidate to tell him about a time they overcame a great challenge at work.

Only 1 behavioral interview. Really nice interviewer and was a great manager. Asked about previous experience, why I wanted to work at Santander, etc. Would recommend! The culture is very international based, so make sure to mention how open you are to new cultures and experiences.
