2 1-to-1 interview. First interviewed more on technical, second more on behavioral. Interview difficulty is average. It goes very smoothly. no tricky question. Get the reply on the same week as the interview.

Tell me about yourself? Why Santander? Why Investment Banking
Equity derivatives internship. Pretty technical for me you had a case where they told you what would you invest in to achieve a 10% return. nothing too crazy but be prepared to get hard option questions. they are extremely slow in their feedbacks from interviews.
Fácil, preguntas habituales de m&a. Se hacia con dos seniors en la oficina de Paris en este caso la de destino. Muy amables y claro. No creo que fuesen a cuchillo con las preguntas.

Expected questions. There were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Emphasis in the interview on motivation and past experiences. Interviewer was nice and provided good insights about the firm and culture.
