1st interview with two technical experts, questions on basic Java (leet code style) and problem solving: e.g. write a program to print cursor steps required to move on a x/y matrix to "click" a virtual keyboard the input word). Very nice people.
2nd interview with two (Still technical) managers on software design (rational tables, pk, fk etc.)
Final interview with HR and a senior manager.
Very un-stressful process, very very quick (i guess cause i matched what they were looking for) - two weeks, no BS. They did, very honestly i have to say, insist on making it very clear that the technology in this job is quite outdated,,,
