I didn't even get to the interview process. They asked for a day and time to meet, I agreed. They asked my salary band, and I provided that. I asked what programming languages they might need, because their post said, "ability to build databases with advanced functionality is a MUST". Then they ghosted me. I held time on my calendar because you never know in this economy, and I had to follow up with them the next day. For a medical staffing company, I would expect a much higher degree of professionalism and respect.
