Submit, quick conversation with HR who will email you a 2 question timed skills test. If done well you will proceed to a in person panel interview.
The interview is mostly scenario type questions so prepare your examples well. The total process took more than 5 weeks after the application submission deadline had passed.
Disappointingly, I was not give the professional courtesy of a call or email to be told the position had been filled.

Entretien
Very strict adherence to the S.T.A.R. format. Little casual, personal interaction - it was a very formal interview process with three separate managers present, writing down all your answers and no eye contact. Difficult to gauge any reaction or feedback from them. Maybe an indication of employment - just a number and an employee - not a person with personality.
