Panel with 2 senior managers and 1 HR person. The interview was formal and a lot of generic questions were asked. The technical questions were aimed at general engineering understanding rather than specific knowledge
The interview mainly focuses on personality and how you deal in different situations and discussion of previous experience. Only one technical question about distillation was asked

The interview was fairly straightforward. The questions weren't too difficult besides your typical Tell us About yourself and also your interests. The interview concluded within 15 minutes. Overall I am very happy with the interviewers

Entretien
It was a panel consisting of operations managers and senior engineering management. The people were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to elaborate on my background and explain previous experience obtained before they started asking questions.
