however, the description of job ad is incorrect which wasting the time of candidate and humiliating.

Very long process. I had a virtual interview, then in-person and then a test, with the last interview with team members before offered the job. It is such a long process for only an admin role. Only reason I think it is difficult is because it is very old fashioned interview questions and the HR person is not very helpful.

it was very good and I enjoyed the interview and process but I declined offer because I felt big company and not much of a voice
I was happy to accept offer but I wanted to explore options first
