Entretien
I applied via my college and was called for an interview. The interview went on for about an hour and was then given a personality test.
I was first screened over Skype and then invited to the office, where I was interviewed by three senior staff members before being given a lengthy business intelligence/personality test. The interviews and tests took place in a central all-glass conference room, and you could see people answering phones and working in the background.

Applied online through Careerbuilder. Sent me an email about a week later. Then they called me a day later to setup an interview. So there was about 2 between the time I applied to the time that I got the interview. The interview consisted of 1:1 with the operations manager and the president. Interview took 2 hours. After the interviews there was a IQ test. Then I had to take a personality test the next day. 5 Days letter I was emailed an offer. So there was about 3-4 weeks from when i applied to the time i was offered a job.
