They are more focused about my conversation skill. They didn’t even give me any task. Just wasted my time with 30minute conversation about myself in English. What is my experience or on which stack I do work these questions shouldn’t be part of interview. These should be known by a short phone call.

Question 1
Tell me 3 problems from your life that you have solved.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sazim (Dhâkâ) en sept. 2024
Entretien
I went through a long and demanding interview process at SAZIM over the span of three months, which included three rounds: a 30-minute HR call, a week-long take-home project, and a 2.5-hour technical round. After dedicating significant time and effort to this process, I was disappointed with how it concluded.
Issues:
Misalignment on Role and Salary: During the initial HR call, I was asked about my current and expected salary. Despite clear discussions, they ultimately offered me a downgraded role, which I accepted considering the potential for growth. However, they then proposed a salary that was actually below my current compensation—something that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful given the extensive interview process and role shift.
Time-Consuming Process with Little Value: The multi-stage interview involved significant time investment, especially with a detailed project assignment that took a week to complete. Extending this process over three months only to offer a lower role with less pay felt inconsiderate.
Lack of Transparency and Professionalism: The prolonged interview process, lack of clear communication around compensation expectations, and the final offer left a negative impression. Candidates invest time and energy in hopes of a fair and respectful hiring process, and this experience did not meet those expectations.
